Ash Simpson
After leaving a successful career in corporate management, Ash became a licensed mortgage broker in 2019 and founded Insight Mortgage in 2023. He has appeared on CBC Radio multiple times, guested on podcasts including the local I Love Kelowna podcast, and been featured in Canadian Mortgage Professional magazine, which named him a Rising Star in 2021. His practice serves clients across British Columbia and Alberta, though he is happy to help anyone in the country.
The brokerage is one of several things Ash runs in a week. He is an entrepreneur, an actor, a mentor to students at UBC Okanagan, and a board member of the British Columbia Community Football Association. The list also includes campaign manager on an MLA race and chief strategist on a city council race. He lives in Kelowna with his son and two cats, Rhett and Scarlett. He still volunteers with BC Youth Football and stays active enough to keep up with all of it.

Chantelle White
Chantelle began as Ash’s administrative assistant back in his early days of brokering and has been with Insight Mortgage since the start. Now a licensed mortgage broker, she still runs the day-to-day operations of the business, so you’ll hear from her when it’s time to send in documents, sign paperwork, or talk through your file. Behind the scenes, she makes sure every T gets crossed and every I gets dotted. When she’s not busy working, she likes to spend her spare time with her son and dog.

Staci Loukianoff
Staci began her journey with Insight Mortgage as a client back in 2022. Seeing the value in having a good mortgage broker on your side, Staci shifted career paths and began studying to become a broker. She earned her mortgage broker license in 2024 and immediately joined the Insight Mortgage team. Staci understands how stressful getting the right mortgage can be, so she brings patience and compassion to every client interaction. Based in the Kootenays, where she lives with her husband and children, Staci takes time to listen to her clients’ unique needs and works with them along the way to achieve their financial goals. While she specializes in British Columbia, she is able to serve clients across Canada.
